Hi, I’m Randy Bean – owner and home inspector of Bean Home Inspections. When I am not inspecting or working on a project, I enjoy spending time with my daughter and golfing. Before I became a home inspector, I spent almost 30 years in the general contracting business. Having a background in residential construction gives me an major advantage when it comes to inspecting homes. I have an extensive knowledge of structural components, which makes costly issues easy for me to spot. Knowing how a home should be built from the ground up ensures I can deliver a thorough and quality inspection.

I strive to not only be punctual and professional when inspecting your home, but also to leave you with a complete understanding of the property so that you can make a confident and informed decision. I pride myself on being very communicative and I work well with buyers from out of the area if you’re not able to attend the inspection. I understand time is of the essence and will deliver your report to you within 24 hours of the inspection. Your report will include digital images of my findings as well as recommendations for how to handle any concerns. As an InterNACHI Associate (the International Association of Home Inspectors), I stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and continuing education training to ensure I am held to the highest standard.
